We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Our pharmacist retains full clinical discretion. Prescriptions issued are valid only for the medication and quantity specified and must not be altered or transferred.

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly before you complete your purchase. Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued; if your consultation is unsuccessful, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, and you will receive a full refund. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
If you have been declined a prescription following consultation, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
